Meet DeBbie Klarfeld

Debbie is an accomplished strategic business leader with more than 18 years
of experience in background screening and drug testing services where she has worked for multiple CRA’s serving a broad spectrum of employer market spaces. Her previous leadership roles include Product Strategy, Product
Management, Operations and Compliance. As of June 2020, Debbie
stepped away from full-time work in the industry to spend more time with her family and travel.

She is passionate about the work done in the background screening industry at all levels and stays connected to the industry through her ongoing consulting opportunities that allow her to “pay it forward” to so many who are long time business colleagues and friends in a mission critical market space.

Debbie lives in the California desert with her husband, Jair - now much closer to her new Granddaughter Syndey and her parents in Los Angeles. She is a die hard football fan and enjoys traveling around the country and the world exploring and learning.
